T-Mobile Center Hosts Recycling Event on Earth Day
Kansas City, Mo. (April 17, 2015)—In honor of Earth Day on Wednesday, April 22, T-Mobile Center will serve as a drop off location for guests desiring to securely shred paper and recycle electronics. T-Mobile Center’s Earth Day Recycling Event will be held on Wednesday, April 22 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Barnes Plaza located in front of the box office on Grand Boulevard. Volunteers will be on site to assist and provide guests with a tax deductible card for their donation.
Residents may recycle a variety of items including cables, cable boxes, cellular phones, computers, monitors, DVD players, printers, stereos, televisions, VCRs, fans, cameras, hair dryers, clocks and curling irons. Securely Shredded Paper and electronics recycling services are provided by e Secure e-Cycle, a division of ProShred. Any monetary donations to support Keep Kansas City Beautiful will also be accepted at the event. Price Chopper is a proud sponsor of Earth Day celebrations at T-Mobile Center.
