Kansas City, Mo. (June 25, 2018) –The 116th season of K-State men's basketball officially gets underway in November including the return of the Wildcat Classic at T-Mobile Center.

K-State will host the Wildcat Classic at T-Mobile Center for the eighth time and the first time since 2016 when the team plays Vanderbilt on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2018. It is the return of a two-game series between the schools, which began with the Wildcats' 84-79 win over the Commodores in Nashville on December 3, 2017.

"As I have said many times that scheduling is just as important as recruiting and we think that we have put together a strong non-conference schedule," said head coach Bruce Weber. "It has a good combination of home games as well as some road and neutral site challenges that will get us ready for the Big 12."

Ticket information and onsale timing for the Wildcat Classic at T-Mobile Center will be announced at a later date.
