It's been quite the year at T-Mobile Center from Elton John's Farewell Tour to the return of the Jonas Brothers and who can forget Simone Biles becoming the first woman in history to land a triple-double. Let's take a look back on all the star-studded, record-breaking moments in 2019.

FEB. 13 | ELTON JOHN

The global icon's sold-out 'Farewell Yellow Brick Road' concert hit all the high notes for three glorious hours.

FEB. 17 | TRAVIS SCOTT 

The superstar's performance sent fans out of this world on an electrifying, high-intensity, jaw-dropping roller coaster ride through ASTROWORLD. 

FEB. 27 | KISS

Is it the END OF THE ROAD? After an epic and storied 45-year career from the rock n roll legends, we can say their music and the memories will live on forever.

MARCH 

T-Mobile Center welcomed over 250,000 visitors throughout March with record-breaking concerts to signature sporting events and family shows leading to the arena's most successful month of March since the venue opening. 

MARCH 1 & 2 | ERIC CHURCH

The country crooner doubled down on his 'Church Choir' for back-to-back nights of performances featuring a 30+ song setlist.

MARCH 6 | METALLICA

With more than 19,646 fans in attendance, Metallica’s WorldWired Tour set a new record for the largest single-ticket event in the history of the venue.

MARCH 13-16 | BIG 12 MEN'S BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

The Big 12 Men’s Basketball Championship took over Kansas City March 13-16 for an unforgettable week of basketball with Iowa State taking home the hardware.

MARCH 21 | JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE

The Man of the Woods opened his show with lead single 'Filthy', laying out the foundation for what would be a night of futuristic, cutting-edge production.

MARCH 29 & 31 | NCAA MEN'S BASKETBALL MIDWEST REGIONAL

March Madness made a stop in Kansas City for the Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight with the Auburn Tigers coming out on top of the Midwest Region.

JUNE 8 | BIG SLICK PARTY & SHOW

Hosted by Rob Riggle, Paul Rudd, Jason Sudeikis, David Koechner and Eric Stonestreet. Big Slick KC - Party & Show brought some 'Serious Fun' to the arena.

JULY 19-21 | SHAWN MENDES, BIG3, KHALID

Over thirty-five thousand fans from forty-six different states came through doors during a weekend of diverse events including Shawn Mendes, BIG3 and Khalid. 

AUG. 8-11 | U.S. GYMNASTICS CHAMPIONSHIPS

On this day in history, the U.S. Gymnastics Championships set a new attendance record and Simone Biles became the first woman in history to land a triple-double on floor routine and a double-double dismount from the balance beam in addition to earning her sixth all-around title alongside Sam Mikulak. 

SEPT. 22 | JONAS BROTHERS

A 10-year break didn’t stop the Jonas Brothers from ‘Burnin’ Up’ the stage with a night of music spanning their entire catalog.

OCT. 30 | LUKE BRYAN

Kick the dust up! Midwest weather moved Luke Bryan’s Farm Tour indoors for the first time in history with special guests Cole Swindell and LOCASH.

NOV. 15 | THE CHAINSMOKERS

The Chainsmokers’ ‘WORLD WAR JOY’ with Five Seconds of Summer and Lennon Stella included a show-stopping “Globe of Death”, Drumsticks on Fire and 60 ft. Levitating Stages. 

NOV. 29 - DEC. 1 | JURASSIC WORLD LIVE TOUR

Jurassic World roared through T-Mobile Center for the first time taking fans on an adventure through Isla Nublar.

DEC. 21 | WILDCAT CLASSIC

Kansas State and Saint Louis Men’s Basketball played a nailbiter that led to Saint Louis winning 66-63 in the last game of the decade at T-Mobile Center.
