Prohibited Items & Bag Policy
No backpacks, bags larger than 12x6x12, selfie sticks, tablet computers, outside food and beverage, pocket knives, any type of weapon, fake weapon or object resembling a weapon and chain wallets. A complete list of prohibited items can be found here.
Guests are encouraged to pack lightly when coming to T-Mobile Center events. To expedite entry and minimize screening touchpoints, bags are not to exceed 12x12x6 inches. Please note that all diaper bags and medical bags will be screened prior to entry.

General Admission Policies
General Admission Policies:
Line for General Admission will start at 11 a.m. at the Oak Street entrance. Guests will not be allowed on T-Mobile Center property before 11 a.m. Overnight camping is prohibited. This includes line forming at the doors, plazas, and surrounding sidewalks.
T-Mobile Center has several events leading up to the Billie Eilish show. Please be considerate of the people coming to these events by staying off T-Mobile Center property prior to 11 a.m. on the day of show.
What to Expect:
Vegan options have been added to our concessions!
Vegan Bratwurst located at Taco Taco at Section 110.
Grilled Vegan Chicken Club Sandwich located at Chopper Chicken at Section 115.
BBQ Jack Fruit Sandwich located at Backstage Burgers at Section 119.
