Alert: Based on the latest developments and the continued spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Big 12 Conference today announced the cancellation of the remainder of the 2020 Men’s Basketball Championship in Kansas City.
Guests who purchased tickets with a credit card through AXS.com, t-mobilecenter.com, in person at Price Chopper Box Office at T-Mobile Center, or charge-by-phone at 888.929.7849, will receive automatic refunds to the original card used for purchase for the games impacted by today’s announcement starting on Thursday, March 12.
Tickets purchased with cash directly at Price Chopper Box Office at T-Mobile Center for Sessions 2-5 that have been impacted by today’s announcement may be returned for a refund during business hours, Monday-Friday between 10 a.m.- 6 p.m.
