Coordinator IT
The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing daily support on hardware, software, and network issues to end users. The role involves identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems and responding to telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests for support. The coordinator will document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution and follow up with users to confirm successful problem resolution. Responsibilities include user and event support, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service in Level 1 helpdesk support as part of T-Mobile Center. This position will assist with other venue technology as needed.

General Maintenance Worker
The General Facility Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the venue prior, during and after events. Performs various maintenance tasks including, but not limited to painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, mechanical repairs, snow removal and electrical or construction tasks as they arise to ensure the venue is looking and functioning to its best potential. This position is also involved in the alteration, maintenance and repair of building equipment and assigned maintenance projects.

Partnerships Sales Director
The Director, Partnerships Sales will assist the VP, Sales & Marketing with identifying and creating new marketing partnerships to generate revenue for T-Mobile Center. This position will create and secure new business relationships and associated revenue.

Premium Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for all sales of premium seating ticket products at the T-Mobile Center or any ASM event. Products to sell include, but are not limited to, Founders Club Memberships, Event Suites, and special “one-time” events.

Premium Services Coordinator
The Premium Services Coordinator provides support to the Premium & Group Experience team in matters relating but not limited to: suite sales, event recaps, ticket management, special events, preparation of sales materials, assets inventory, communications and reports. The coordinator will also assist with client contact management and various premium & group sales related reports and projects.

Security Officer Mid-Shift
Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security & safety of T-Mobile Center guests, employees, vendors and assets through constant patrol, observation and documentation. The Officer will also assist local public safety agencies as needed to accomplish the safety and security goals of T-Mobile Center. This position will be first point of contact for all security related issues and will control the diffusion of incidents at the venue. The Security Officer will also assist with customer service requests.

Security Officer Overnight

Security Supervisor
Supervises front-line, 24-hour security and provides support to the Security Department. Responsible for upholding the integrity of the facility and correct any guests, clients and employees acting outside the facility rules and regulations. The Security Supervisor will uphold the Security Department’s Prime Directives, most importantly to take reasonable steps to protect the safety and security of venue guests, employee and assets with respect towards everyone’s dignity and legal rights.

Audio Video Technician PT
The Audio and Video Technician is responsible for providing excellent guest experience at T-Mobile Center events by assisting planning, operation and maintenance of audio, visual systems and lighting systems. This position will primarily be an operational and technical position that will assist in event-based production

Conversion / Change Over Crew
Conversion Crew member is responsible for converting the building for various events including installation and removal of the basketball floor, retractable seating, stages, moving furniture and various other duties involving set up for each event.

Event Staff
Event Staff team members are stationed at various posts throughout the building during events. The position entails greeting, directing guests through metal detectors or wands, scanning tickets, checking bags, answering guests’ questions and informing guests of show and facility rules to ensure the safety of the facility and guests.

Guest Services Representatives are responsible for delivering best-in-class service to ensure an exceptional guest experience for all internal and external guests of T-Mobile Center.

Housekeeping Associates PT Events
Housekeeping Associates are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all general areas, restrooms, dressing rooms, entranceways, stairwells, elevators, escalators, and exteriors prior to, during and after events.

T-MobileCenter is seeking a proactive self-starter to Intern with the Event team. This individual must be a fast learner with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Motion Graphics Designer will assist in all aspects of Facilities Presentation, specializing in graphic and motion design. This is a highly creative position that will conceptualize and execute creative content that will support the overall creative vision of projects. This position requires a flexible work schedule, which includes evenings, weekends and holidays based on event schedule.
